You count the breast before soaking it,then you count the dressing,and you do your best to eat all the dressing and the chicken so you know that what you counted is what you’ve taken it in.Use less dressing if it’s a lot of it leftover after removing the chicken.Then you see the total calories and split it by how many meals you’re having.That’s an easy process in mfp.
