(F26, 5’5, 123 lbs)
Hi, everyone! I’m interested in having better defined abs and a generally slimmer look. I think I could accomplish my goals by losing 4 or 5 pounds of fat. Based on your experiences, what do you think are some good fasting lengths/schedules to do this?
I don’t know exactly the best plan, but for me (I am similar to your size) the biggest game changer was switching to OMAD and doing a fasted HIIT workout at least 3x a week. I started at 12, then 16, then 20 hour fasts. Did OMAD. Got to my goal weight and now I do 14-16 hour daily for maintenance
