Good evening everyone, I’m 31 years old, male and about 5’4. I weight 170 which I’m sure it’s a lot of weight for my height and I’m trying to see what approaches I can do to start losing those extra lbs I have. I will do some fasting every now and then, skip breakfast and lunch and eat dinner. I’ll just drink water during that period. For the gym I’ll walk on the treadmill for 60 minutes. What are things that you guys do to succeed? Thank you!
Something that has really made a difference for me is eating slower. It really makes you conscious of when you actually feel full. Because of that, I’ve pretty much cut the portions I used to eat in half.
Tip: treat your meal like a meditation. Take your time savoring the food you eat.
I’m 162 lbs last Jan. 18, 2023 and I just checked today that I’m now at 150 lbs! Here’s what’s working for me so far. I’m about your height as well.

For March, I’m actually will try if I can transition to 16-fasting, 8-feasting (16:8). I’m currently trying to mix MCT oil with my black coffee. And looking at sugar-free electrolyte drink for my morning runs.

Good luck!
Try and switch to a healthier diet. Avoid processed and fried foods and try and eat more whole grains and veggies. Try and eliminate sugar from your diet and if you need something sweet, use honey. Try and walk as much as possible and use the stairs instead of the lift. The most important thing is to be as constant as possible as well as patient. If you stick with all these things, I promise you, you will lose the weight.
