F43 5’2 CW 185 GW 135 I’m an experienced faster. 2 years ago started fasting (5 day, then weeks later 14day) and lost 25 in a couple months…But lost muscle and age is kicking in. I started CrossFit 2 months ago-love it! I’ve fallen into a MWF workout. I know I can lose weight with extended fasts, but I’ll lose muscle. what kind of schedule do y’all think would be best. Omad, Alternate day, rolling 48s or 72s. I’ve gotta lose the weight for my health
