I want to do Rolling 48’s/72s but I just can’t fucking fall asleep. I am 6 foot and 182lb. Any tips/solutions for troubleshooting? I really need all the help I can get.
You don’t have enough fat on your body color says have a light snack so do instead an Omad with light snacking this is for guys with little fat. I think this is the body’s response to keep you up so you can look for food longer but hey I ain’t no bill Nye so what do I know
