My boy and I were having an interesting debate, wondering what this community thinks:
If you could do only one or the other what would you rather:
-Eat super healthy foods but never work out/exercise
Or
-Eat nothing but garbage processed foods but have an excellent work out regimen
You can have great health markers eating garbage.
So if part of the argument is that even though the person is eating trash food but they are eating a calorie appropriate diet and their workout programming is on point. This person is going to have better health outcomes.
Now if it comes down to a real word example and the person eating a healthy diet is more likely to have a calorie appropriate intake than the person eating trash than the healthy diet wins.
