I’ve been a very dedicated faster since December. M 5’11 130 lbs currently. I’ve lost all the fat I think I can and I’m lighter than I want to be now, I have decent separation in my abs but oli want them to be like more “shredded”. Down to the very detail. I usually do 36-48 hours, eat once in a 4-5 hour window and repeat. I do about an hour of cardio and some body weight workouts every other day. How can I go that extra mile? Just that final little bit to look REALLY shredded? I feel like it might be a little dangerous to fast super long at my weight but I’m willing to try it. I can post a pic of need be, thanks for any advice, fatties.
Not sure if trolling but you are severely underweight. You need to start weightlifting and eating at least maintenence to put on muscle mass. You will see your abs more if you actually have them developed.
Fasting or losing more weight isn’t going to make you look more shredded. You need to put muscle on that frame. 5’11 at 130 means u don’t have muscle. You could be 170+ and look shredded with actual muscle.
