I do street workout every other day in my refeed days so I burn a SHIT LOAD of glycogen. I also get about 800 cal burn from steps daily. I am currently eating about 200-300 grams of carbs on refeeds and re entering ketosis by the next night. Is this strategy decent for getting shredded? I find it hard to reach 3500 calories without eating that many carbs. Currently am at 6 foot and 183lb
Working out without carbs is no fun for me.
I tried eating carbs and working out and eating Keto and working out.
Carbs give me a massive pump.
But carbs also make you crave food more in my view. Fats and protein do not. This is my experience.
