I’m not a doctor, but I’m also not worried about your high morning blood sugars.
Some unrelated thoughts:
If you ate your single meal earlier in the day, I think you might see quicker weight loss. Noon would be good, but 8 a.m. would be ideal.
Also, one meal a day is good, but I feel that a different fasting protocol could help you to reverse your metabolic syndrome more quickly.
