Vegan diets are actually really bad for you cancerwise. Organic veggies contain a lot of fungus such as those which contain aflatoxins. Please avoid peanuts, corn, cow milk, soy milk, almond milk, but you can drink salmon milk, and don’t forget to cut the cheese, nuts (especially almonds, Brazil nuts, pecans, pistachios and walnuts) grains including quinoa, soybeans, figs, and dried spices.
