What do you consider high protein:eat mindlessly ratio? I personally have been addicted to Chinook seeds (parmesan pepper specifically) and it’s 6g of protein per 1/4 cup only 170 calories and 170mg sodium. I love these cuz I will munch em one at a time and they aren’t as salty as old school David’s, with nice flavors. I’m starting to ease into a lower-cal diet myself but I needs my snacks so… Highly recommend this one 😉
Sugar-free meringue cookies! Crunch, low-calorie, high protein. Depends on how big you make them, of course, but mine come out to about 1 calorie per cookie. I use this recipe:

You can use a different sweetener (I know some people are opposed to Splenda) but in my experience, sucralose/Splenda yields the best results. I also like to use different extract flavors. These are fantastic with cake batter extract!
Tillamook has sugar free beef jerky that has 0 carbs and 14 grams of protein.
I don’t know if you can mindlessly eat a whole bag, and it’s pricey but whenever I get a craving for snacky food this hits the spot.
