4g carbs for 13g protein. I’d say those are okayish values but the product is still a no for me. Why would you “supplement” (!!) your protein needs with a 24g snack.
Eat something with protein for protein and if you feel like having a snack then go for a snack.
A whey/egg protein powder would just be more effective here. You could try out Sacha Inchi nuts. 9g of protein and 5g of carbs (all fiber). I saw it on shark tank and they seemed interesting, although kinda pricey.
