Hitting a plateau with changed eating window

I was having a hard time sleeping on a super empty stomach, so I was advised to try changing my eating window. Ever since I changed to eating a few hours before bed instead of when wake up, I’ve been having huge success! Hitting 24-32 hour fasts with ease!

But now it’s been 2 weeks of my most successful fast times, and the scale has stayed the same. Really starting to think I’ll just have to go back to eating when I wake up. I lost about 10 pounds in 6 weeks doing that when I first started, but this plateau is slightly starting to discourage me!

Answer

You lost 10 lbs in 6 weeks but a lot of that is water weight.

For me personally, I’ll feel hungry when I’m on a calorie deficit.

It seems your body is used to such food intake/fasting regiment. Or it’s possible you have loaded up on carbs these 2 weeks. You are doing OMAD or ADF? Both of these limit your food intake so dropping weight usually shouldn’t be a problem unless you’re binging or eating lots of sugar/processed food.
