Hot Water, Lemon, and Sea Salt

I’ve realized that a tea of hot water, lemon, and sea salt seems to curb my hunger during the fasting period. Is it still “safe” to have this during fasting? I know folks have clear vegetable broth during fasts and this is sort of along the same lines.

Answer

I totally understand and agree with people saying lemon breaks the fast…..

But if that the extra 20-30 calories OP consumes curbs their hunger and let’s to complete your fast without being hungry and miserable…. you will be able to actually enjoy IF….. no point in doing anything that makes you so miserable…..

Plus using the lemon breaks your fast logic … so would toothpaste and mouth wash…..
