What sorts of objective health benefits are you seeking? According to Examine it appears to have a noticeable effect on nausea, preventing flatulence and it may increase testosterone in large doses.
I wouldn’t consume it thinking it’s going increase life span or cover for other poor dietary choices. But it sure does make my Indian and noodle dishes taste amazing.
Most ginger shots are made with lemon juice in them which can wear at the enamel on your teeth. Good that you’re making them your own or better yet, try a ginger tea! Ginger is wonderful for GI problems
