Make sure those 8 hours are full of healthy food, not junk, and you’ll be fine. I have chronic fatigue from multiple sclerosis and I’m able to live a pretty active life with 18/6 fasting. Protein is good for long burn. Carbs are short term burn. Be mindful about your macros.
