I weight about 135Ibs at 5’0”. In September 2021, I weighed around 100Ibs. This period has been really rough, but I’m ready to get back on my game. The only issue is, I have some really important events coming up around June 10th and onwards, and my weight has made it so all the (very expensive non-refundable) clothes I need for these events are not fitting me. If 35lbs isn’t possible (which I doubt it is), I believe I could make do at 110Ibs instead. Please any help is greatly appreciated!!!
FAst 2 days a week ideally is sustainable and will lose weight smoothly if you combine it with
avoiding chocolate, sweets, fizzy drinks, pastries and other crap. It is essential you avoid these things.
Fast 3 days a week if you get worried, the times and weight is realistic.
e.g. Monday Tuesday fast, Saturday fast
the days dont matter, just 2 in a row and 1 in a row per week you will lose a lot. once you get used to it it will be easy, but it will need willpower to do
