Fasting seems to be a bliss in disguise but it’s confusing for me because my BMI is in range.
BMI is not really objective method to determine if you’re perfectly healthy/fit. For example you can still have lots of visceral fat or belly fat acumulated but still be in perfect BMI (so called ‘skinny fat’). There are more accurate methods (f.e waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) or waist-to-height ratio (WHtR) ). But anyway, I wouldn’t be much worried about any of those ratios because even person with 8-10% body fat can easily do 1-2 week fast. So, as other suggests, just try to eat your maintaince calories, as clean as possible, low-carb preferably and don’t stress too much over it ;)
