This is impossible to determine. What kind of stress are you applying to your bones. Take on all the calcium you want and if you’re not loading your bones through exercise and physical activity you will not increase bone density to any significant extent.
Calcium deficiency will deplete bone density but calcium sufficiency won’t necessarily increase bone density.
Bone density is more related to physical activity.
Lift heavy things and your bones density will go up
