I’d break a fast with keto and low volume. Introducing too much food or something that would aggravate your system like something spicy or high glycemic index would shock your system and cause a response like vomiting.
Start off with bone broth and wait a few hours and see how your stomach feels. From there maybe half and avocado and an egg. Etc
