How do I get used to the snake juice taste?

I bought the snake juice packets on Amazon and to be honest, they taste absolutely horrible. I take 3 packets a day and have been literally chugging each packet that I take which has caused horrible bowel movements and a lot of liquid shit. But I just can’t take sipping this shit throughout the day. It’s fucking horrible tasting. Currently on my 8th day water fast with snake juice. I get weird stomach aches because of the way I consume snake juice.

Please help me, I feel like I’m not doing this right at all.

Get used to it, your body will, takes some time, your taste might be fked up over the years by all the trash. The juice has all the minerals the body needs. What you can do is take half the amount of salt powder in the same amount of water or you put it in tea instead of water.

Water it down more and work your way down to the correct amount of water. I used to use a very light amount of electrolytes and just sip it because I was always getting diarrhea. Now I use 3x as much with no issue or noticable taste.

Just buy an electrolyte powder supplement (i.e. Vega Hydrator, Ultima, etc)

That’s all Snake Juice is…electrolyte replacement.

Powders taste better. Might be more expensive but you will be able to stand it longer.

I take Vega Hydrator and add 1 tsp of Cream of TarTar (Potassium) 3 x day

You’re not supposed to chug salt water. Cole clearly says to drink it throughout the day. What I do is have two containers: one with snake juice, one without. I sip the snake juice, swallow, then drink pure regular water from the other container. It gets rid of all the snake juice taste.You’re getting the shits due to the chugging of salt water.

I saw one video where Cole recommended that if you don’t like the taste of it then mix it into a small shot and just pound a shot fast and then chase it with a full glass of plain water, and then proceed to sip the rest of the full amount of water during the next 8-10hrs. or whatever. Another thing I started doing is if I get the shits then leave the magnesium sulfate out of the mix and just use the other salts and the baking soda instead. Too much magnesium makes the bowels retain water which causes liquid shits. Magnesium is good for muscle cramps, and relieving constipation.

I have no answer for this. I love plain water and I also enjoy sipping snake juice. I have since day 1 of snake dieting. I still drink it for a hangover (best cure out there, especially if you start sipping before you go to bed.) But I really don’t get this.

  1. Why do people get hung up on something like taste when what they’re tasting will help them be healthier if used properly.

  2. Just suck it up, buttercup! Being healthy isn’t easy in the modern world. If it was, then we could all eat cake and be like The Rock.

You should take one packet per day only, in 1-2L. You are literally dehydrating yourself by consuming a highly concentrated salt which will pull water from your body to neutralize the salt. Hence the liquid poops. You’ve made it 8 days like this?!?
