I am doing somewhere between 16 and 18 hours of fasting most days. The zero app tells me I’m in fat burning after 16 hours, but thats a generic time. How would I know if my metabolism is slow and it actually takes 17 or 18 hours? Are there any signs I’m in fat burning?
I’ve noticed the last hour or so of my fast, I get my heartrate into fat burning mode a lot easier while getting ready in the am or doing light housework, more so than if I do the same tasks after eating. Would glucose numbers tell me if I’m in fat burning?

and they seem pretty accurate in that they’re generally darker the longer I fast..
