i am considered obese for my height and weight (5’2 and 180lbs) so i have been motivated to lose weight. i want to lose it as quickly as possible and i’ve heard fasting is a good way to lose weight. i don’t know if i could go for over a day because i get nauseous when i’m hungry and it is the worst feeling ever. someone please help
No need to jump into difficult fasting right off the bat. Try out Intermittent Fasting, the results can be pretty amazing. Most people start out with a 16/8 model, which means you fast for 16 hours then eat for 8. It’s really not that bad and for most people just means you go from 3 meals a day to 2.
