Nobody should be eating less than 1000 calories a day (on average), that’s not healthy. The odd 24 or 48 hour fast is probably fine, but you still need calories to function.
Work on a fasting window where you can function. I do 18:6 where I eat between 12 and 6. It’s easy to incorporate for me schedule wise but I would recommend you do something you can easily work into your schedule so youre energised enough for work.
