I have heard that Omega3 supplements have a low utilization rate in the body
Hey, I know some common plant-based foods with Omega 3 include flax seeds (a great source), chia seeds, hemps seeds, nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.), and green leafy vegetables (spinach, kale, cauliflower, etc.).
There are more sources, but these are just a few to name.
I hope this helps.
It’s a modern marketing ploy that’s bs. It’s found in a lot of things you eat. It’s really just promotion for a lot of large industries and a good trigger word to give society and the fitness industry.
