How do you break your extended water fast?

I’m 100 hours into my fast and considering mixing it up to my normal routine of breaking it which is to drink a nice hot cup of bone broth (with extra collagen if possible) to line the stomach so its ready for actual food. Let that sit for an hour or two and then move onto sort of solids by mixing half a mashed up avocado, a couple scoops of sauerkraut, a couple scoops of a probiotic yogurt, a spinkle of chia seeds and season with pink salt and a cap of apple cider vinegar….later in the day I do the same but a Boiled egg and will much on a few almonds in-between.

It doesn’t sound like much but it’s all super good stuff for breaking a fast and getting your stomach ready for more serious solids. Everyone has a different palette but I absolutely love this combination and to me tastes unreal.

My last 98 hour fast ended at a Chinese restaurant dinner. We had an epic meal with 12 family members. Lobster noodles, Shanghai dumplings, roast duck, scallop fried rice, Chilean Sea bass…..etc. it was an amazing day to break fast. I immediately has to poo a bit when I got home and I guess it was some what abnormal but I have a bidet, cleaned the cornhole and went off to bed.
