I’m starting IF (16/8) tomorrow because I wanna lose fat, but I also have been lifting recently to gain muscle. How do I balance these, and can I IF every day of the week while still building muscle?

But basically lift heavy and eat lots of protein. Don’t expect to gain much muscle while being in a calorie deficit, for myself I exercise with the goal of maintaining the muscle I have while losing weight.
I would actually recommend doing one or the other. Obviously you can gain some muscle while working out and doing IF, but the best way to do it would be to eat a lot and workout in order to bulk, and then cut. Eat less, get rid of extra fat, but you’ll still keep your muscle gains.
