I’ve been getting a lot of headaches and dizziness when fasting. How do you deal with it? Someone suggested hard-boiled sweets, but that doesn’t seem right? Because of the sugar in them and everything. Any ideas?
Not to be rude, but does anyone ever read the auto mod comment that replies to every. single. post. on this forum? I see this question here so often and the auto mod comment literally names these symptoms and tells you how to address them.
