Depends on the mental aspect that your talking about. If you’re talking about staying on track and not breaking your fast early, I found that scrolling through progress pics on here and in r/fasting help keep distracted and motivated. I’ve been reading a lot about autophagy lately too and learning about how beneficial fasting is for your body other than weight loss.
