I’ve noticed that after 12h I get increasingly frequent tummy grumbles. I’m drinking tea coffee and seltzer throughout the day so it’s not totally empty? At the office it’s just a little embarrassing. Thanks!
I would consider raising your normal water intake. That helps fill the stomach and it goes through your intestines. Bubbles in the seltzer might be fostering grumbles, but that is just my not-a-Dr. speculation……
This is a good question because I do OMAD so I fast all day until 5:30 most days. A lot of times I’m doing trainings and the people I’m training can hear it and think I never eat lol.
I drink tons of water and unfortunately that doesn’t help me.
