I used to try to skip breakfast and eat in the evening. If I’m working a job, I probably have to switch my eating window to morning or like OMAD at 12 pm, correct?
I work at home but I don’t think its any different. When I was going strong with IF I’d just wait until the end of the workday, around 4pm to eat, and then finish dinner around 8pm which put me at 20:4.
I’m not sure why working a job would matter in any of this unless you are talking about peer pressure eating at lunch or something?
