When I worked in a restaurant in my early 20s and extended fast I would just get the free to go cups and fill with water and limes/lemons/ orange slices all day. Plus we were always busy I barley had time to use the rest room. I also would bring sparkling water.
In this situation, I would recommend a different approach. Fast on days you’re not working, or during hours when you don’t work. When you do work, try eating healthy options (veggies and lean meats) while avoiding higher calorie foods.
Given the economy and how things will probably go, I’d say take advantage of that and eat. I’d like to say it’s free food but it’s not. It’s part of your wage.
Fast on the days you don’t work or change jobs
Tell them not to give you the food, they can keep it or give it to the homeless. Then just think that some people spend a lot of money to lose weight. You’re not losing any money by refusing that food.
People quitting sugar have to throw or give all the sugar in their house away. That’s way cheaper than a weight loss program or an operation.
