How do you fix waking up at night (due to lower blood sugar) with longer fasts (1-2days)?

I have no issues with long fasts at all while I’m awake. I can do 18, 24, 36, 48 hours. But I do notice that when I go to sleep, my cgm indicates that my blood sugar does dip below 70 and often times it does wake me up. I usually get by on these 1-2 day fasts by drinking a little ACV with water or a cup of black coffee.

During the day my energy levels are great. But when it’s time for bed I often wake up in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep. I notice that cgm sometimes says 60. Is that common on longer fasts ?

Wow I experience the same every night just with omad… but I haven’t measured my blood sugar. I didn’t know that that could be what’s waking me up. It’s sucks not to be able to sleep when sleeping is so important :(
