Some of the things that I picked up is to forgive yourself about the “mistakes” you made with food choices because unexpected life events do come your way. If you take a day by day, when you look back the mistakes are nothing but just a blip in comparison to the cumulative consistency of “good” days that you have sticking to IF. Same idea goes for the number on the scale doesn’t matter so much as long as it’s trending in the right direction and you are feeling better as you said. I myself am at the beginning of my own journey and getting into that type of mindset
