HOW do you get BACK ON your wagon?

37 days 1200 19:5 and the Valentine’s Day candy and large portions of healthy things… I can feel the momentum to run away from it all, help! How do you get yourself back on plan? I think in part I’ve not lost numbers though I feel a lot better without sugar and snacking. TDEE is like 1500 so 1200 is taking me some TIME… sedentary job but trying to more more often. Feels good to browse cupboards and do the old habits, but this is self destructive to my health.

Some of the things that I picked up is to forgive yourself about the “mistakes” you made with food choices because unexpected life events do come your way. If you take a day by day, when you look back the mistakes are nothing but just a blip in comparison to the cumulative consistency of “good” days that you have sticking to IF. Same idea goes for the number on the scale doesn’t matter so much as long as it’s trending in the right direction and you are feeling better as you said. I myself am at the beginning of my own journey and getting into that type of mindset
