How do you guys make it past hour 20?

I hit a wall. I feel confused, light headed, my face feels heavy. Hunger isn’t even the issue, I just don’t feel good? I hit a wall at 18-22. I’ve tried electrolyte drops. I take vitamins. I try to eat around 1500 to 2000 when I feed. I eat a lot of veg and meat, still have some simple carbs that I’m trying to eliminate.

I’m fasting for weight loss currently and it’s been going good. I was stuck at 255 for years and I’m almost at 240 doing 16:8 to 18:6 with 24 hour fasts 2 to 3 days a week. I do broth fasting with electrolyte drops. I feel good the whole time, until around hour 20.

Sometimes I just take a nap to kill time if I can, but now I work in an office and can’t do that anymore, lol!

Anyone else go through this and have any tips?

Electrolytes Supplementation bumped up my fasting game from 20-4 to rolling 48s, then 72s and now 88s.

look up Ketoaide and Snake Juice – they’re practically the same thing for different groups.
