Paint my nails while listening to audiobooks (link your library card to the Overdrive app!!) or podcasts. Write in my journal, watch music videos, clean, turn off screens and read books to get myself sleepy, hot showers ♥️♥️♥️ and I drink tea with some lemon in it.
Journaling, cleaning, catching up with stuff for work, video games and listening to music mostly. Also reading and watching videos about the benefits of fasting.
I drink tea if it gets unbearable. Sometimes no amount of stuff to do can help get my mind back on track, so the warmth in my empty stomach helps.
I basically try to stay out of the house as much as possible. it seems so much easier to avoid buying food when I’m out and about, than it is to just eat a few cashews in the kitchen…
I don’t have obligations at home (no kids/pets), so it’s easy for me to just bumble around, shop, make appointments, etc. right after work so that most of my day is gone when I get home.
