I have been doing OMAD for most of the last month. During my eating window I aim for a high protein diet as much as possible. I usually have a salad during my eating window with a small amount olive oil. Sometimes avocado. Sometimes I’ll also mix in quinoa. Pairs great with any additional protein, from salmon to chicken to whatever.
For dessert I’ll have fruit or a protein bar or cottage cheese + blueberries or apple+peanut butter. I try to balance out to not have too much fat, but focus more on protein content overall.
