How do you keep your hands clean while dry fasting?

I get the idea of keeping away from water completely, e.g. no showering, brushing teeth, washing hands etc. but I’m not comfortable not washing my hands after going to the bathroom. Is there a way to clean them without water?

There’s a couple ways you can cheat a hard dry fast to no effective difference:

Showers are the big one since they’re long, cover the whole body and the warm water increases absorption. I honestly wouldn’t even worry about the other two.

I wash my hands. Personally I don’t get the hard dry fast thing. Your skin cannot absorb anything more than a miniscule amount of moisture. It’s not going to make any difference in terms of the benefits you get.

Wash your hands and take a shower.

I don’t hard dry fast, it’s next to impossible with my job, a private business (we work on cars, I’m not going to NOT wash my hands after stripping an old dirty car lol) having two kids and being the primary house keeper (hard to cook and clean for four people without getting a drop of water on ya) I actually use a hottub while dry fasting.

I feel the benefits of detox are more important than surface water on my skin, but I don’t use soap anywhere but my hands anyway.

Skin has a natural acid mantel that’s not something I’m willing to mess with (I just use dry brushing, water and essential oils, and egg yolk on my hair to cleanse it, actually silkier and way more glossy this way) so my skin has great natural waterproofing by not stripping it with soap daily.

I still see fantastic results dry fasting while still washing hands and using a hottub.
