I’m doing Keto along with IF (anywhere from 16-22/day) so I use Fat Bombs at the end of the consumption window and MCT Oil + Prebiotic Fiber during to keep me full till the next time I eat. Avoiding most things sucrose related… which I find whenever I do… it makes the pangs sooo much worse. If I avoid them, I rarely have concerns. Also, starting to avoid some lectins for stomach pains.

I feel better when I do it. I have more energy, digestion is better, I’m in a better mood, I overall feel healthier. To the point where the couple of days over the holidays where i didn’t adhere to a 16/8 I felt worse than any others.
