How do you know when it's time to stop a fast?

I’m on day 11 of my water only fast and while my body generally feels fine (thanks electrolytes!) I am wondering how to decide when I should break the fast. I didn’t go into it with a determined goal period of time and actually thought I would break it much sooner.11 days is already a lot, I probably lost 10+ pounds (I don’t have a scale). I still have around 30 lbs I want to lose before I’m at my goal weight. I could break the fast in the next couple days and for example eat OMAD for a couple weeks and then do another water fast. Or do rolling 72s. I plan to do keto after my fast. I guess it’s only me that can know whats best but I thank you for any thoughts 🙏

Well I would go unless I started to not feel fine. But everything you’ve listed as a plan is a solid plan actually, so it all depends on what you can stick to and how do you feel. But being able to fast for 11 days obviously says a lot on “how able are you to stick to it”, so it’s basically your call :)

Just be slow on the refeed after a fast like this.

My longest fast was 21 days. I only intended to do 14 but was feeling good, had more weight to lose, and fasting wasn’t impacting my life at that point. I stopped at 21 just by listening to my body.

Like someone else said, sounds like you’re alternative plans are good so it really is your call. But if it’s no sweat to keep going
I guess why not. Just listen to your body and be mindful on refeed.
