How do you know when you lost enough weight?

When I first started fasting 2 years ago, I was around 260 lbs. As of this morning, I weighed in at 183. I feel really good, but I was curious to hear other peoples personal experiences on this. How did y’all know when to stop losing weight?

I’m just going to stop once I reach healthy/normal BMI. I feel like other methods (like how I think I look) are too subjective. Once I’m there I’ll just refocus to fitness goals.
