It varies person by person. I personally do it for weight loss and mental resets on how I view food, I help my mind rewiring process by watching videos on how to improve myself in general thus maintaining the “good feelings” after fast. Me being healthy, and seeing the weight continue coming off after a dry fast is success for me… making me feel good in general.
I know this is beating a dead horse, but carnivore grass fed or pastured meat (pastured is for animals that don’t eat grass and are more opportunistic, grass is the only way to go for ruminate mammals)I honestly have feelings of euphoria DAILY just eating real food, I never had those elated feelings when vegan, and I honestly love veggies, they just don’t love me.
The human body typically feels the most at peace when all it’s needs are met, so high fat, high vitamin and mineral food will cause that.
