For two weeks I ate just steamed broccoli and chicken breast for lunch and dinner, w/ coffee and a small amount of skim milk for breakfast. After that I cut the milk and shortly after that I am now OMAD on a ketogenic diet (more fat content).

My goal with low fat low carb diet to start off was get my insulin levels low enough that my body could kick into efficient ketosis. I’m interested in weight loss, but more interested in getting my body’s hormones fixed for the long term. I’ll be fasting for longer soon.
