How do you spoil yourself for being a good sport? How do you treat yourself?

What is your reward system? For example in my case, after a week of succesfull fasting, I reward myself with pizza or an ice cream, but of course again during the eating period, I keep fasting after.

What do you do? How do you spoil yourself for being a good sport?

Personally, I weaned myself off of using food. For me, this just reinforced that some food needed to be a reward that I was denying myself. Food isn’t good or bad. There’s certainly times when we choose to eat more of some things and fewer of others to facilitate goals, but I found it better if the reward for achieving those wasn’t that food itself.

Right now, I’m doing music - previously it was various fitness related items. I’ve got a big list of bands I dig on bandcamp and when a hit little goals or milestones I buy an album. Something new to enjoy, get to support some smaller music talents, and most of what I’m listening too right now is great for workouts so it’s a wonderful little feedback loop.
