How do you tackle hunger when doing a longer fast?

How do you guys get around “hunger pains” doing a longer fast. Im trying to do a 48 hour fast and I have 29 hours to go.

Green tea!! Lots and lots of green tea! I love it and it’s great for our health and skin! Another thing which curbs hunger is black coffee + lemon! That’s my go to! It detoxes our body amazingly and also makes you feel lighter! Just make sure you stay near a bathroom cos it’ll flush your system.

I’ve been doing 48s for the past week and it’s hard. I did two 48s in a row and was on my third when I finally caved and ate Pork Rinds on my 44th hour.

I might need to rethink my strategy reduce it to only 2 48s per week. Can’t give you any advice other than do what you can to curb hunger.

Tea (didn’t work for me)

Salt water/Snake juice (didn’t work)

Apple Cider Vinegar drink (worked for a while but the hunger would just come back)

What does work for me is sleeping it off. I went to bed with my stomach rumbling yesterday and woke up at 2am. Hunger was gone. If sleeping pills are an option for you I’d say go for it.

I look good tho. 2 weeks ago I was barely down a shirt size (XL-L) and now the lower shirt sizes have a good fit on me.

Edit: I broke my fast on the 44th hour. Not 32nd.
