If you become very fat adapted, usually as a result of combining fasting with a strict, clean ketogenic diet the rest of the time, fasting while at work is often considered preferable. It definitely is for me and my other keto + fasting friends
I don’t. Lol. My work is very important to me, so I intermittent fast during the week. Technically, this is fasting, but it’s not nearly as hard. If I want to do a longer fast, I do it on the weekends. Just my preference.
I do 16:8 M-S. I’ve tried to push 18’s and 20’s but it affects my work. I’m a plumber and constantly on my feet while working 50+ hours a week. I time my fast to end at my first break on work days and I’ll do a 24 here and there from Saturday to Sunday.
