As for the “how” it ain’t that hard. It helps to diversify the protein sources. Don’t try to eat 150 grams of just chicken. Have a shake, some eggs, some nuts, some meat, some cheese, some protein heavy grains if that’s your thing… you’ll hit that target in no time.
