How does snake diet affect mood and memory?

So I have a pretty big exam in two months. I was wondering how this diet affects memory/focus/concentration?

Also how does your mood/anxiety feel?

Will doing this diet make things mentally harder or is it only the first day or two that’s hard? Also if you refeed after 72 hours then wouldn’t it make you experience hunger pains worse? What is the purpose of refeeds?

Answer

If you stick to a ketosis diet of whatever kind once you’re in ketosis you’ll have very stable everything. But if you switch off and on ketosis it can be harder. Depends on the person. Don’t use fasting as an excuse to eat garbage. You still need to eat good, non-processed whole foods.

The purpose of feasting is to make the next period of fasting more possible. It’s better to eat as much as you need to in a smaller feeding window than to snack all day due to how your hormones work in response to any amount of food. It’s better to have one big good meal on your feast days than to be tempted to eat again later.

If you are drinking your snake juice (or taking any salt substitute) you will find you have less hunger than if you were drinking plain water.

If you do refeeds with for example red meat only you will likely find your general hunger levels are non-existent. Very common with carnivore eaters to not have any feelings of hunger (so no hunger pains) until they’re at the moment of eating a steak (and even then it’s just “this smells delicious can’t wait to eat it” not thinking about food all of the day long). Likely due to changes in gut fauna over time with not eating carbs/sugars as much which are possibly what cause hunger pains.
