I would like to learn more about this in great detail. Anyone have resources or articles explaining more in depth on how to prepare, what to eat after, long term diet, etc. Also personal experiences with prolonged fasting would be great to hear!

I’m currently on day 6 (of 10, 15, or 20?) and the aspect that has helped me the most is being fat adapted. The transition from my OMAD to dry fasting has always been seamless, as if nothing has changed. I need to complete a minimum of 15 days this time around, and I’m really hoping I can achieve 20 days. I want to experience 20 days for the psychedelic-like similarities that have been mentioned.
How is it possible? Well, you need to be prepared beforehand and have the circumstance be in your favor. Fat adaptation, and fattening yourself up, are key techniques to make the fast as if it’s not actually happening.
I personally believe that people are too paranoid when it comes to breaking fasts, even dry ones. I use Gerolsteiner to break my dry fasts initially. Then, a protein collagen shake, or bone broth, to break the entire fast. My staple dietary lifestyle revolves around a vast amount of eggs. The key is not introduce carbohydrates for a week or so. Even with that being said, I am very conscientious when it comes to carbs, and limit them greatly.
