Are you asking about when you should eat within your eating window? Because it really doesn’t matter as long as your calorie are appropriate for your goals. So you can split up your meals in any way that works for you day or schedule.
I eat lunch and dinner, no snacks between. Doesn’t really matter if you keep carbs below your carb threshold. For me about 200 grams of carbs is a good max per meal.
Potatoes are sneaky and will spike your insulin hours after consuming them. Anything you do to keep your insulin levels in check is progress in my book. My wife’s a diabetic and I sort of adopted the habit because it helps her too.
I do Omad, but I don’t really time my window. Some days I eat at 4. Some days I eat at 6. Some days I just have lunch at 12.
I figure it all equals out to the same number of hours at the end of the week.
